Anusha has over 15 years of international senior management experience working for Fortune 50, 100 & 500 global corporations, charitable organizations & private companies in three continents. She holds a BA from the University of Auckland, NZ, an MA from Goldsmiths College, University of London, a Diploma in Mentoring, a Certified Professional Coach qualification and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Anusha is a sought after motivational speaker on the science of mindfulness and meditation and is the Wellness Coach for the prestigious Hoag Hospital’s Center For Wellness for both their Newport Beach and Irvine locations. She teaches yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes to patients and staff of Hoag as well as to the general public. Anusha is also the Wellness Consultant for the renowned Hoag Women’s Health Institute, where she is actively engaged on issues around maternal mental health programs and early risk assessment for breast & ovarian cancer prevention.
Anusha speaks and leads workshops across the USA and internationally. Anusha is also part of the teaching faculty for a number of Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses across Southern California.
An area that Anusha is very passionate about is her work teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices to people recovering from serious drug and alcohol addiction at Get Real Recovery. Anusha is also very involved in working with inner city communities to bring the power of yoga for a healthy mind, body, and spirit into these localities to nurture and empower change from within. Currently, she teaches yoga and meditation to Hispanic girls in Santa Ana as part of the international charity Global G.LO.W's after school and summer programs. They focus on empowering young women through education, creative expression and mentorship programs.
